Breathing safely

Gentle by design

Breathing like this calms the body. It is not treatment, and nothing here is medical advice.

Before you begin

Three things worth knowing

UndaBreath is made to help you slow down. Keep these in mind and every session stays a gentle one.

It is not treatment

Slow breathing can help the body settle, but it is not treatment. If fear or panic keeps coming back, talk to someone you trust or a clinician.

Sit or lie down

Do the energising rounds sitting or lying down. Never in or near water, and never while driving.

Stop whenever you like

You can always stop a session by tapping the orb or pressing the space bar.

Energising rounds

Listen to your body

Light-headedness and tingling are common during the energising rounds. Stop if you feel unwell.

  • Sitting or lying down only.
  • Never in or near water.
  • Never while driving.
  • In the energising rounds, End hold early moves straight on to the next breath.

Where should I do the energising rounds?
Sitting or lying down. Never in or near water, and never while driving. Light-headedness and tingling are common; stop if you feel unwell.
Will it keep playing if I lock my phone?
